45-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason    

For 45 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged MillSO product and receive a FULL Refund for ANY reason.If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.

 

12-Month Warranty for Quality-Related Issues    

For 12 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND within the country of purchase. Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

Unauthorized reselling of MillSO products is strictly prohibited.

 

Limitations and notes

• To receive the 45-day money-back guarantee, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us as long as it's not a quality-related issue.

• Warranty-related shipping costs are only covered in the country of purchase. If outside the country of purchase, you can either pay the return shipping cost or receive a 50% refund of the item’s purchase price.

• If returning an item, please ship it back within 45 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return.

We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs.

4. What is a valid proof of purchase?
An Amazon order number for a purchase made through Amazon.

5. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
